Weekend Brunch - Promenade Cafe and Wine

One of the required training courses we do in residency is PALS. One particular weekend, the majority of our pediatrics group had a sunday morning off post-PALS. It was recommended we go to Promenade Cafe and Wine:

One of our group got the Omelette Florentin. A huge three egg omelette with spinach, onion and feta cheese. Big thumbs up from them!
The Eggs Benedict was a hit amongst a number of our group. The carnivores in the mix all got it with smoked salmon. I was lucky enough to try a bit and can attest to its tastiness. I find the Hollandaise is what makes or breaks a benedict. This version did not fail to disappoint.
Myself, I decided to order something unique: Poele au Four. A warm skillet of eggs, peppers and onions with baked gooey cheese on top. Could not have asked for anything better to start the day.
