Best part of call shifts - Watta Sushi

Sometimes when you are on call you forget about the necessities of life. When you get wrapped up in an sick patient or lose yourself in a long and complicated admission, one often forgets to eat. Thankfully one of our call shifts was relatively quiet and the residents on took the opportunity to order in food from Watta Sushi.

A fellow resident ordered the Rainbow Roll. A california roll with tuna and salmon on top. A complicated roll with lots of flavours. Overall good: the fish was fresh and plump but the mayo sauce overpowered the other flavours here.
One of the medical students was vegetarian and got the Shiitake and Avocado roll. Did not get a chance to taste this but their overall impression was good.
The Green Dragon consists of two deep fried shrimps topped with avocado. The crunchiness of the tempeura shrimp with the smoothness of the avocado made this an excellent crowd pleaser.
Wanting something substantial I ordered Chicken Teriyaki Combo (sometimes referred to as a bento box). Chicken, california roll, edemame and spring rolls definitely gave me the energy to work throughout the night. Nothing exceptional, but overall tasty.
The Rock and Roll roll consists of crab meat, avocado, cucumber and eel on top. Great mixture of flavours, however the crab meat does resemble the imitation kind. Nevertheless hits the spot on a long night of call.
